Under their leadership, BELAY grew to a team of over 2,000 people and earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies for 10 consecutive years. In June of 2021, the Miles did a successful majority recap with Tenex Capital Management for BELAY. Today, in addition to owning NoFo Brew Co., which was founded in 2018, the Miles actively invest in businesses and real estate through Miles AG, creating opportunities for growth worldwide.
