Bryan and Shannon Miles founded BELAY in 2010, growing it to a team of over 2,000 and a decade-long spot on the Inc. 5000 before a 2021 majority recap with Tenex Capital Management. Today they own NoFo Brew Co. and invest in businesses and real estate through Miles AG.
They created O’nr, shorthand for “Owner”, as a safe harbor for business owners building not just successful businesses, but meaningful legacies.

Clarissa Gibson serves as Executive Director of O’nr, guiding the organization into its next season of growth and impact. With over a decade of experience building and running her own retail and interior design business, Clarissa blends strategic execution with a deeply relational leadership style – creating spaces where business owners can connect, gain clarity, and lead with intention. A natural visionary and creative, she helps steward O’nr’s mission through community, connection, and practical support for owners in every season.
