Bryan & Shannon Miles
Bryan and Shannon Miles are driven by a deep passion for pouring into and mentoring business owners. Their entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 during the Great Recession when they founded BELAY. Under their leadership, BELAY grew to a team of over 2,000 people and earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies for 10 consecutive years. In June of 2021, the Miles did a successful majority recap with Tenex Capital Management for BELAY. Today, in addition to owning NoFo Brew Co., which was founded in 2018, the Miles actively invest in businesses and real estate through Miles AG, creating opportunities for growth worldwide.
With a long history of building businesses and supporting leaders, they created O’nr as a safe harbor for business owners who risk so much to build not just successful businesses, but meaningful legacies. O’nr, their creative shorthand for “Owner,” reflects their dedication to those who navigate the challenges of business, family, and personal growth. Through O’nr, Bryan and Shannon share their experience, insights, and unwavering belief in the transformative power of business ownership.
Meet the Team
Meet Taylor Frye, our Marketing Manager. Born and raised in Georgia, Taylor has a deep-rooted love for her home state, but she’s always eager to embark on new adventures. When she’s not managing marketing projects, you’ll find her immersed in her passion for plants and gardening, nurturing greenery and creating vibrant spaces. Taylor’s exceptional interpersonal skills and creative flair are a unique combination that sets her apart. Whether she’s cultivating connections with partners and clients or brainstorming innovative strategies with her team, her warmth and ingenuity shine through.
Clarissa Gibson serves as Executive Director of O’nr, guiding the organization into its next season of growth and impact. With over a decade of experience building and running her own retail and interior design business, Clarissa blends strategic execution with a deeply relational leadership style – creating spaces where business owners can connect, gain clarity, and lead with intention. A natural visionary and creative, she helps steward O’nr’s mission through community, connection, and practical support for owners in every season.
Jamie Lee serves as the Executive Assistant. Jamie attended the University of Georgia’s Business School and later earned a degree in Business Management from Augusta State University. She launched her career as an event coordinator for University Hospital in her hometown of Augusta, GA, where she honed her organizational, logistics, and communication skills. After stepping away from the corporate world to focus on raising her young children, Jamie remained active in her community by working at her church preschool. She brings her well-rounded experience and strong administrative abilities to her role, supporting various functions for our team. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys cheering on her son as he plays basketball and football, supporting her daughter on the tennis court, and spending quality time with family and friends. She also loves exploring new restaurants, traveling, and finding creative ways to stay active.
